• Consumer Agreement

• Each Kidzkapes play cape is custom-made to your specifications.  You choose the fabrics, colours, emblem shape and initial for each play cape you order.  Upon receipt of payment, we will create a play cape according to the choices you have selected on your order, and have it in the mail within 3-5 business days.

  Kidzkapes super-hero play capes are meant to be fun, but certain precautions should be taken while wearing a play cape.  Children should be at least 2 years old and supervised at ALL times while wearing a play cape.

  DO NOT allow a child to wear the play cape while riding a bicycle.

  DO NOT allow a child to wear a play cape while sleeping.

  DO NOT allow a child to wear a play cape while swimming.

  DO NOT allow a child to wear a play cape that is too long.

  DO NOT allow a child to wear a play cape near an open flame.

   

  Disclaimer:  Kidzkapes cannot be held responsible for any mishap or accident caused by a child not being carefully supervised while wearing a play cape.  

   

   

   




• Shipping & Delivery

• Kidzkapes super-hero play capes are shipped via Canada Post.  The cost of shipping and handling for each play cape is included in the price, when shipped to addresses in Canada and the USA.  

  All payments are handled through PayPal to provide convenience and ensure security for your online purchase.

  Kidzkapes cannot be responsible for any shipment lost in transit, so please make sure you provide us with the correct mailing address.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  If you require a different method of shipping, please email through the Contact Us page to make other arrangements.




• Return Policy

• Each Kidzkape play cape is thoroughly inspected before mailing, and should reach you in perfect condition.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email me through the Contact Us page, so we can do what we can to fix the problem.
